1. No Warranty on Products

2. Damaged or Defective Personalised Products
If you receive a product that is defective, you must notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods, and before the product is used. Notifications must be sent to us within 2 days from the delivery date, along with photographic evidence of the defect. Failure to notify us of any defects within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any eligibility for a refund or replacement.

3. Used Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on products that have been used, or altered in any way. Only unused products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund, provided the defect is reported as specified above.

4. Defect Process
In the rare event that you receive a personalised item that defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a store voucher equivalent to the damaged product. Once a defect is confirmed and the return is authorised, we will offer a replacement, or provide a store credit depending on the circumstances. Please allow 5 business days for the assessment to be made

5. Customer Responsibility
We advise that you inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, please contact us promptly to avoid complications.

Please be aware that, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders. Instead, we provide replacements where applicable or a store credit equivalent to the cost of the product. Once an item is made, cancellations are not permitted.
